Praying for the transformation of our city

There are 7 Sphere's of Influence in Society...

Over 30 years ago God gave 3 men a vision and a message for the world:

• Loren Cunningham, Founder of Youth With a Mission
• Bill Bright, Founder of Campus Crusade
• Francis Shaeffer, Theologian and Founder of L'Abri

The vision was a description of how to advance the Kingdom of God in this generation. 

That message was that if we are to impact any nation for Jesus Christ, then we would have to affect the 7 spheres of society, that are the pillars of any society through prayer, intercession and engagement.

These 7 sphere's of influence are:

• Family
• Religion and Church
• Education
• Media (Public communication in all forms printed and electronic)
• Celebration (Arts, entertainment and sport)
• Economy (Science, manufacturing, sales and service)
• Government (Legislative, judicial and executive)

There are many hundreds of sub-groups under these seven groups.

As a church we are setting aside the next 40 days to pray for these 7 sphere's to see God's Kingdom come and transformation in Cambridge.
